Our doce+uno Balsamic Vinegar is elaborated from free - flowing must of Pedro Ximénez grapes, and aged in American oak barrels.

Dark mahogany to jet black in colour.

This aromatic, sweet and low-acidity vinegar has a strong flavour that reminds one of Pedro Ximénez sweet wine.

Recommended use

Ideal for cooking meat and fish, and with salads and fresh cheese.

Highly suitable for making reductions, and for decorating dishes and desserts.

This vinegar is intended for the most demanding palates and, on account of its properties, it is highly recommended in the Mediterranean diet.
