Production of doce+uno Extra Virgin Olive Oil
doce+uno Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with one very specific aim in mind - to preserve its excellent quality.
Our olive trees grow on the La Olivera estate, in a very specific climate and terrain, which is why our arbequina variety trees produce unique flavours.
To ensure the quality of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the plantation is closely monitored by specialized technicians (INTEGRATED FARMING) and strict controls are enforced throughout production processes in the oil press.
It takes about eight kilos of olives to produce one litre of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
